Barbara Has is a Senior Expansion Manager responsible for development and asset management of Orsay brand in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Within Mulliez group, she supports also kids' fashion brand - Tape à l'oeil in their expansion on the Polish market.
Barbara has 14 years of experience on the real estate market, previously working as a landlord representative during development of Magnolia Park in Wroclaw and as Sales and Leasing Director for Verity Development – developer of residential, office and retail projects in Poland. Since 2011, she’s been successfully developing and managing portfolio of Orsay’s stores, which currently amounts at around 250 stores in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Barbara is a graduate of MA in Bilingual Translation at the University of Westminster in London as well as Postgraduate Real Estate Studies at the Technical University in Wroclaw
Beata’s real estate career began in the late 1990s. She has worked for many major developers such as Cefic, a French investor and developer associated with the BEG group, TK Development Group where she held the position of Management Board member and was responsible for Development, Leasing, and Marketing activities at the company. She has also worked for Centrum Development & Investments where she held the position of Management Board member and that of Chief Commercial Officer where she was responsible for development and implementation of marketing and commercial strategies for existing and future investment projects. Currently, she leads the Retail Department at TRIGRANIT. Beata has managed conceptual work on commercial projects, preparing market analyses, positioning, marketing strategies and then leasing assets. She holds public licenses in “Real Estate Brokerage” and “Real Estate”.
Wojciech GrendzińskiIMS SA
Graduate of the University of Gdańsk: Faculty for History. He entered his business path in 1992 as a Sales Representative in Masterfoods Polska. Wojciech quickly advanced in his career and became Management Board Representative in the area of Sales. 16 years later, he was leaving the company as a National Field Sales Manager. In February 2008 he joined IMS S.A. as Chief Sales Executive and Management Board Member. Currently, in the position of Executive Vice President, he is in charge of handling sales in the area of Sensory Marketing (Audio Marketing, Aroma Marketing, Digital Signage) which also comprises sales of audio and video advertising content geared for shopping malls and Points of Sales.

Founder and owner of the company "Doradca w Rozwoju". He is an experienced business trainer, coach, consultant and moderator of workshops. He gained experience in a training and consulting company as well as in the position of HR Head. He specializes in HR consulting, strategic workshops supporting changes in organizations, development of managerial skills and team workshops. He supports accelerators and capital funds in the area of analysis of startup teams. Cooperates with clients in Poland and abroad. For many years he has been teaching in several fields at the School of Banking in Gdańsk. He is certified by the TROP Business Trainer Schools and ICC - International Coaching Community.

Pawel has almost 30 years experience at trading and developing of distribution. He is the graduate
(MSc Eng.) of Poznan University of Technology. In the beginning he concentrated his activity at cosmetic market. At 1996 he began working for Eurocash – JMD, one of the leaders of FMCG market in Poland. Since the beginning of 1998 in charge of the retail net of jeweller’s stores YES. Initially at the position
of Development Manager, since May 2000 Retail Director and since the beginning of 2011 Retail Expansion and Organisation Director. His duties involve responsibility for investments, organisation,
and market growth of YES and Verona brands in CEE area, including negotiations of Lease Agreements and Franchise Agreements. Established the first franchise offer of jewellery stores on the Polish market, as an important part of jewellery stores net, which reached 168 stores (148 YES + 20 Verona) in 2018
and gained the second position at that highly competing market.

Marcin Rydz as Development and Investment Director is responsible for the development and investments of the Vistula Group S.A. portfolio within the group, the following brands are active: Vistula, Wólczanka, Lambert, W. Kruk, Picky Pica, and Deni Cler.
Marcin has been associated with Vistula Group for 18 years, where he held various positions from RMS through the Administrative Manager, Business Development Manager and Investment Director to the current position. For several years, he has been successfully developing and managing portfolio investments of the Vistula Group, responsible for approximately 430 locations in Poland in terms of contracts and technical activities related to the operation of these stores.

Małgorzata graduated from Jagiellonian University - Faculty of Law and Administration, post-graduate studies – University of Science and Technology in Kraków – Real Property Management and Kozminski University – Psychology in Business.
Małgorzata has over 15 years’ experience in retail which she acquired working for MIX electronics SA and Electro World. Since February 2012 at OTCF S.A (owner of 4F brand), as Director Expansion & Investment, she is responsible for expansion and investments in Poland and other CEE and SEE countries.
OTCF SA company was founded in 1995 actually is the owner of 200 4F stores located in Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Romania. For many years, 4F has been working very closely with the world of professional sports and Olympic Committees.
